		<description><![CDATA[Very east to use, it does all the work. I tried the 5 different settings and found the best setting for my modem. The throughput has improved by about 30% over the default settings. Which is huge with dial up.<br><br>It would be a nice feature to have the connection speed measurement linked with the optimizer to show whixh of the 5 settings you are testing. Or even better linked with a graph. Or perhaps a text editor so that each test can be numbered and user comments added and a save feature ect.<br><br>Great program as is though. ]]></description>
